You have 14 days from the time you receive your package to decide if you want to return or exchange any of the products you have purchased. In order to be eligible for a return or an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. If you want to initiate a return, please notify us at:

*If you would like to exchange a product for another size, please contact us as soon as you can. We manufacture very limited series and this will give you the best chance of reserving the replacement piece, while it’s still available.

**Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Once your returned package is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a tracked postal or courier service to ensure the safe return of your product.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it’s a defective product. Please refer to the chapter below for such cases.

*Most packages get delivered to us in less than 2 weeks, if you’re using International Tracked mail.

We inspect every item carefully before sending it to you, but if you notice that you’ve received a defective product, please take a picture of it and contact us at:

If we verify that the product is indeed defective, we’ll advise you how to proceed about getting a refund or exchange. The shipping expenses for the exchange will be covered by us.
