DESTINATIONS

We ship to all 195 countries around the world and offer different shipping options to meet your needs.

 

*Disclaimer - certain territories might be temporarily unavailable due to force majeure circumstances like imposed embargos, war times, natural disasters, pandemics etc. If you have placed an order to be delivered in such circumstances, we will contact you to advise you how to proceed and if you cannot receive it at an alternative location, we will offer you full refund.   

 

 

 

HANDLING & DISPATCHING

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

 

DELIVERIES TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Due to customs policies, some Russian regions may have order amount limitations on shipments from abroad.

  • Restrictions are not applicable for Moscow, Moscow region cities, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Rostov on Don, Khabarovsk, Murmansk, Samara, Togliatti and other bigger cities;
  • For cities like Volgograd, Bryansk, Kaluga, Yaroslavl, Stavropol, Sochi, the value of goods purchased can't exceed 1000 euros per month;
  • For certain smaller cities, the limit is 200 euros per order.

If you are unsure what your region allows, please contact your customs office to inquire and avoid potential delays or returns.

 

All packages are shipped from Sofia, Bulgaria. This means that all packages dispatched to other European Union states will have 20% Bulgarian VAT tax included in the price. Packages dispatched outside of the European Union are not

 

 

7. When do we deliver?

The couriers deliver 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The couriers do not deliver on holidays.

10. Insurance

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

11. Tracking your Order

You can check the current status of your shipment by signing into your account and visiting the 'Orders' section.

 

8. Free Shipping

From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.

 

 

 

***According to the announcement of the general administration of customs of Mexico, articles shipped to Mexico which are classified as personal use and the value exceeds 1000 USD (or its equivalent in MEX$), require a formal custom clearance. The importer must be registered with the Mexican government and additional documentation is required (NOM LETTER, PAYMENT, LICENSE IMPORT, PATENT). Therefore, the DDP service is not applicable and it is necessary to hire an external customs broker to clear your goods.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as EU/UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
