You have 14 days from the time you receive your package to decide if you want to return or exchange any of the products you have purchased. *If you would like to exchange a product for another size, please contact us as soon as you can. We manufacture very limited series and this will give you the best chance of reserving the replacement piece, while it's still available.

**If your original order was shipped for free based on your total, but after you returned goods your new total doesn't reach the necessary amount, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. In order to find what the shipping rate would have been, please use our chart:

Return shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a tracked postal/courier service to ensure the safe return of your product.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it's a defective product. Please refer to the chapter below for such cases.
*Most packages get delivered to us in less than 2 weeks, if you're using International Tracked mail.
Exchanges or refunds for defective or damaged products
We inspect every item carefully before sending it to you, but if you notice that you’ve received a defective product, please take a picture of it and contact us at:

If we verify that the product is indeed defective, we’ll advise you how to proceed about getting a refund or exchange. The shipping expenses for the exchange will be covered by us.
Once your returned package is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
